1. Confirming

To communicate with you of your application, baking ovens, drying machines, cooling food or steaming food; Second, learning your ideas, we will give you our professional reference suggestions and our present trolleys and trays pictures for your reference.

2. Production Design

Shape and Dimension Confirmation

Our sales will confirm the dimensions, shapes or loading weight and so on to meet your needs. Different trolleys and trays will be matched with different bread ovens or drying machines.

Materials Selection

Most trolleys and trays are customized, and you just tell us where you use these products and the environmental conditions etc. Then we will recommend right materials that confirm to regulations.

Products Design

Based on dimensions, shapes, loading weight, materials and so on, our engineers will drawing for your confirmation.

Packaging Design and Test

Due to customized trolleys and trays, the dimensions, shapes and weights are different. After finishing the packaging designing, packages testings will be done over and over again to avoid damage during the transportation.

3. Sample Confirmation

We will arrange the sample order for you, measure the dimensions and provide materials analysis report to achieve your requirements. After samples are approved by you, we will proceed next steps as soon as possible on your schedule.

4. First Cooperation
