Half-detachable Design
To solve international transportation issue and save shipping cost for clients, the trolley carts are designed to half-detachable.which are connected by connectors and screws.
Clean and Smooth Welding Joints
The trolleys are welded by our automatic laser welding machines,which can make the joints strong and smooth.The joints will be cleaned by laser cleaning machines,which no welding materials covered with the joints.
L-shape Stainless Steel Sheets to Hold Trays
The thickness of sheets is 1.0mm,which can load at least 20kg. Besides, the two ends of the sheets have two hooks which can prevent trays sliding out.
360 degree Movable Wheels with Brakes
Generally 2 of 4sets wheels have brakes. And the wheels can move 360degree. And the wheels of trolleys can stand high temperature ,durable and low noise. Clients also can choose wheels they want like heavy wheels,which can load max 300kg.
