In Tsix production lines, more automatical production machines tend to replace labors like welding and cleaning process. By the video, we shows how we process welding joints of trolley carts by laser welding machines. Based on our factory situation, when one size tray trolley is more than 20sets, we can use laser welding machines to welding.By the machines,the trolley carts won't have any burr and all weldin joints are smooth and durable. So for the welding process, we only use laser cleaning machines to clean dark color. So ultra clean, ground,these process are not essential.That's say, we can reduce enough production cost and provide good price but good quality trolley shelves to our clients.
