This video shows the processes of our trolley racks welding joints done by labors. If trolley carts are not standard , or our laser welding machines can't weld,or the quantities of one trolley is less than 10sets, we will rely on labors welding. Due to welding done by labors, during the welding process, the joints can't be smooth, no burr. So after finishing welding, we will have several steps to process.
1. The joints are dark color-black and brown. Our staff will use handheld ultra to clean after covering cleaning liquid onto the surface of welding joints.
2. After removing dark color of trolley welding joints, our staff will put the trolley racks into ultra-cleaning pool which has cleaning liquid to remove dust, oil etc
3.Taken out from the pool, the trolley racks will be washed by running water to remove cleaning liquid
4.The trolley racks will be drained and dried
5.Last, our staff will grind the joints
