Customized 304 Stainless Steel Drying Trolleys and Trays with 3 Lips for Pet Drying Projects
The team at Twesix was approached by our client, from LA,USA, and asked to custom 320pcs stainless steel trays with 3 lips.And also 16sets 304 stainless steel trolley racks to load 320pcs trays.All these trays and trolleys are used to dehydrate pet treats.

The Situation
The client last year,in 2025, purchased 16sets drying trolley racks and 160pcs perforated trays,made of 304tainless steel for his products-dog treats. This year, in 2026, they contacted us again to manufacture trolleys and trays for their new dried products project. The trays dimension are same as those in last year, trolley racks are same too. However, the client required, the tray with 3 lips, and the last one without lip, which made dried pet treats slide into boxes without labor operating.
The Solution
Based on our many years experience in trays(baking pans, drying trays etc),trolleys, our team quickly came up with a suitable solution for our client. We sent the picture(Coated Baking pan with 3 lips) to them. After the client checked, they happily accept our propose. Meanwhile, to solve international shipment, the trolleys are still half-detachable(see the picture)
