In the markets, the gastronorm trolley carts are light,which generally 10-19kg. And 25*25mm frame tubes are used. To fit GN container trays, the bottom layer will be far from the wheels. This design is ok if only loading such trays which contains dishes,or fruit or vegetables etc.However, if wanting the trolley cart to be multi-functional, there is one issue while the cart is moving, the whole cart's body is shaking,which will lead to trays or food fall off.
In considering of such issue, we adjust our design based on the Sweden client's application. 30*30mm frame tubes replace 25*25mm frame tubes. The bottom part is not high and the distance between the lowest frame tube and the floor is 100mm. Besides, the material is 304stainless steel, not 201 or 430stainless steel.
