For steaming rice and noodles, we have steamer trolleys made of 304 stainless steel, resistant to high temperatures and humidity, and can be directly pushed into the steamer. For sausages and jerky, we have smoking trolleys and hanging drying carts for easy air drying. For noodles and rice noodles, we have noodle hanging carts to maintain the shape of the noodles in drying ovens. For drying fruits and vegetables, we have tray drying carts with adjustable shelf height to ensure even airflow. For large-volume drying, we have 16-layer drying racks to fully utilize vertical space. For bread and pastries, we have cooling racks (such as the 15-layer economy model) and baking tray carts for easy transfer. For restaurant kitchens, we have GN tray trolleys (detachable model) to accommodate standard serving trays.
All stainless steel rack trolleys can be customized in size, number of layers, and material (201/304 stainless steel), and are equipped with casters with brakes for easy movement and securing.
